Service Satisfaction
At Ledgr, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we provide refunds.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation within 7 Days: If a client cancels a project within 3 days of commencement, they are eligible for a refund of 60% of the initial payment. The remaining 40% will be retained as processing and vendor fees.
Cancellation Before Project Start: If a client cancels before the project starts, they are eligible for a full refund of the initial payment.
Termination for Convenience: If a client terminates a project for convenience after the initial 7 days, no refund will be provided for any services rendered up to the termination date. The client shall also pay a termination fee equal to 20% of the amount paid on the first installment.
Termination for Cause: If either party terminates the agreement due to the other party’s material breach, no refund will be provided for any services rendered up to the termination date.
Process for Requesting a Refund
Clients may request a refund by contacting us via email at r_xn@alphaledgr.com . Upon receipt of a refund request, we will evaluate the request based on the terms outlined in this policy and respond within 7 business days.
Finality of Refunds
Approved refunds: Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days.
Refund decisions: All refund decisions made by Static Consultancy are final and binding.
Amendments to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Clients will be notified of any material changes to this policy through our website or via email.
